Certificate of Compliance
1. This Certificate of Compliance covers all kiddie and junior furniture manufactured and sold by Prairie Leisure Design.
2. This Certificate of Compliance covers total lead concentrations and soluble metal concentrations per ASTM: F963 and Section 102 of the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act of 2008.
3. These products are manufactured in the USA by Prairie Leisure Design, and Prairie Leisure Design is certifying compliance of the products.
4. The analytical records are archived and maintained under the direction of Stork-Twin City Testing’s quality manager according to the Stork- Twin City Testing quality manual.
5. These products are manufactured at 400 Centennial Drive, Pierz, Minnesota 56364, USA on a daily basis.
6. These products were tested for compliance between January 28, 2009 and February 12, 2009 at Stork Twin City Testing Corporation, 662 Cromwell Ave, St. Paul, Minnesota 55114, USA.
7. The 3rd party laboratory on whose testing this certificate depends is Stork-Twin City Testing Corp., CPSC identifications number is 1078.
